Telstra switched on 5G services in more than 100 regional cities and towns, including Port Douglass in Queensland, Yass in New South Wales and Devonport in Tasmania and confirmed to shareholders the agreement of buying the Digicel Pacific for $2.3B (AUD) to boost their presence in the region. Τesltra plans to take back full ownership of its 337 retail stores finishing at the end of 2021.
